I am a caring and thoughtful individual with a natural gift for empathy and healing. I believe that we are all unique Individuals with special gifts and talents. With support and guidance we can bring these gifts to the world helping us to live a fulfilled and happy life.

My credentials include a Masters Degree in School Counseling (National University), Teaching Credential (Sonoma State University), and a BA in Sociology (Humboldt State University). I have 20 years of experience in a psychomotor model of well being developed by Niek Brouw and taught by Tim and Jane Heinztelman. Through the exceptional benefits of growth and healing that I have personally received from these teachings I can help support you in your own healing and personal growth.

I also have extensive experience in working with children of all ages. Over the past 20 years, I have worked as a teacher in elementary and middle school. Most recently i have worked as an Elementary School Counselor. I am currently a high school tennis coach. I have raised two step-daughters, who are now attending college.
